Should I quit teaching? (Wing Chun)

Wing chun is an interesting system. I learned enough of it to get a taste but the method doesn’t seem like it’s usually put together in an approachable way. The form part of it starts with a very laser focus on structure/alignment of the arms to a static base to the front and center. Transitions between hand forms seem like they’re meant to teach the dynamics of spiraling power to the legs, then refined with chi sao. As the forms progress they add 45 degree changes to the direction of aim relative to the front of the body and a little bit of footwork. I guess the footwork was intended to be trained deeper in other drills separate from the form. In the end if there aren’t more drills for dynamics, a lot of the people training it seem to become very static or locked into their form.
