Should I rerun the bridge 3.0

Their beginner template is almost the same as the SSNLP, I own it and I've trained someone on it. In its own way it is an LP and they have made the press plug in in the past to adjust the LP so it can be run for a longer period. The two are largely the same, especially if you run the NLP with their adjustments prescribed in one of their first pocasts where you do pendlays and pull ups instead of power cleans.

They repeated say to run the same program if it keeps working, they even say to do that in the description of the beginner template. They said that in one of the last pocasts. I'm going to guess you too have listened to all of them since you're giving advice?

OP is saying he is having trouble with technique,l and that he's run two eight week programs and that's it. That makes him newer than 3-6 months to resistance training, which the beginner program is made for. It also makes him too new to training to be attempting the very heavy singles prescribed in the bridge if he doesn't have a solid technique. The bridge is a post novice program, it's not a program that's meant for someone to learn the lifts on.

Jordan says to repeat bridge minus week one: https://forum.barbellmedicine.com/forums/training-q-a-with-dr-jordan-feigenbaum-and-dr-austin-baraki/9610-finishing-the-bridge-and-doing-it-again

Beginner template that states that it is repeatable: https://www.barbellmedicine.com/product/beginner-template/

Thanks for coming out and wasting my time.
