Should I stick with Spotify or move to Apple Music?

I just made the move from Apple Music to Spotify when I found out that I get the 50% student discount with Apple but not with Spotify (I'm in Canada).

I gotta say, I was expecting to be kinda disappointed at the lackluster playlists like I was a year or two ago when I tried to make the switch but damn did they improve it. Playlists are great, the for you section is pretty sweet, but the best part imo is the radio part. God damn the Chill radio station is the shit. They have curated playlists for any mood and 'radio' stations all over the place. Just to clarify, the 'radio' stations are basically just playlists except you don't know what song will come on next, you can still pause and skip and all that. Beats 1 is also pretty interesting, reminds me of the days when I used to actually listen to real radio and I guess it just gives me nostalgia.

Overall, I'd say the switch was great and totally worth it. Finding an album I love then getting recommended more albums at the bottom has helped me find so many amazing artists and songs I never heard before. 10/10 will probably not switch back to Spotify.

Also, if you need to transfer your Spotify music to AM, use an app called Stamp. It costs if you wanna transfer more than 10 songs at a time but my playlists were small so I only had to use it minimally.
