Should Tibet be independent?

Oh boy, I was hoping you weren’t going to go into genetic history but here we go. You’ve been parachuted into my zone of expertise. Prepare your asshole.

Tibetans came from the Qiang people. Just like the Yi people, Tangut, Burmese and modern Qiang ethnic group. My ancestors just happened to be the ones brave enough to venture further west. My other ancestors, the “Proto-Tibetans” were a group which to this day no one has no idea looked like because they became assimilated into the Qiang. but it can be inferred by the appearance of many indigenous Tibetans who look mixed that these “proto-Tibetans did not have an East Asian phenotype.

We did not come from Mongolians at all. Many Mongolians have invaded and come to Tibet and assimilated into the indigenous population and become indistinguishable.

If you are to say that us modern Tibetans have no ancestral right to the plateau, would you say Native Americans and I out have no right to America because they crossed the Bering Strait land bridge?
