Degree - No, transcript maybe if you have an especially good one, otherwise just the name of the University, degree and if it was honors/co-op/etc
Iron Ring - Absolutely not. That is kept entirely separate from academic and professional life. It -may- be a slight edge if you are an exactly as skilled and personable candidate as another (extremely unlikely) and the interviewer is particularly zealous on the ring's meaning but really if I saw a Ritual of the Calling certificate with a resume I'd assume that they had LITERALLY nothing else to present to me, which may be true, but you shouldn't make it apparent!
Rework your resume, if you aren't getting at least first level HR phone interviews your resume needs it.
