Should I be worried about my E levels?

You’re probably not on a high enough E dosage, something pretty common with “careful” or more inexperienced providers. It might not be a bad idea to talk about upping your E dosage and seeing where that puts you. Low dosages like that are unlikely to put you in the ideal range for E unless you’re quite small, and having overall sex hormone levels that low in the long run can lead to problems with bone density and some metabolic issues. I’ve been fortunate to have an experienced provider, she started me on 6 sublingual and bumped me up to 8 when my levels weren’t quite where they should be, but I’m fairly tall so those dosages were what made sense for my size. Ultimately, it’s important that your provider is giving you appropriate dosages for both in response to your blood results and consistent with your size, whatever those might be.
