I’ve talked to my mother in law about her dog before, especially because it stares really hard at people while they’re eating which I find rude and annoying, and embarrassing when we have guests over at our house. I told my mother in law I don’t like that her dog snatches food from people, including my baby..I told her that her dog has bit my husband and has almost bit the babies hand too..

She gets upset and last time she told me that if people heard me saying these things about her dog, that someone would call animal control and her dog would be put to sleep, and it would all be my fault. She called me a bitch and said to never make threats against her dog.

I let it go, because she’s old..and because she’s the mother of my husband..but lord knows I really wanted to tell her so many things, but I stopped myself.
