Shouldn't a vasectomy be practically mandatory if you can afford IVF?

This bigger study of 1500 cases as opposed to 100 suggests a range of 71% to 97% success depending on time since vasectomy, and that’s not including the more difficult and successful vasoepididimostomy method. This is what I had done and it’s decided whether or not to do it once they’re inside you, based on some quick tests.

Also, both those studies are almost 30 years old. I’m sure skills and techniques have developed for the better since then.

My surgeon guaranteed success to the extent that his services were free if he had to go back in.
