My picc

Getzen 940S Eterna. This one actually came to me from a band director who found it in his inventory when I was in college. He just told me to take it because he said it would otherwise just rot away in a case never get touched. It's a bit stuff if I'm honest, but when I need it, it gets the job done. I use a 7E for what that's worth. It's just chilling on a table. It's usually on a K&M clarinet stand, but my wife jacked it.

My C

B&S 3136 Challenger. Plays great. It's the only shiny horn I have because it's the one where that's most likely to matter, so it stays in the case. Also, it gets played the least, all the more reason it stays in the case. I usually play it with a 6B.

Horns I actually use daily

Nothing special here. Bach Strad 180S37 with some years on it. 3CW.

The flugel is some Yamaha thing. It's another one of those band director telling me to use it because he's got a fleet of them that never get used. Borrowed it for one theatre gig and he basically told me that he would "forget" that he'd lent it to me. It's not great, but it does the job. The lack of a 3rd valve-slide trigger is the biggest problem. It's also not as dark as I like, but I think if I cared enough to shop for a better mouthpiece, that would solve that problem.

The cornet is a King Tempo that my late grandmother found at some estate sale and gave to me. It plays okay, but very much like a middle-of-the-road horn. While I like the tone for certain things (I've played a few things that call specifically for cornet), it just doesn't play as well as I'd like, so it gets the back row. Honestly, it's mostly just on the stand to help counter balance since the Hercules stands can be a little wobbly with only one horn on them, and when I'm making quick changes, I don't want anything falling over.

Not a trumpet

This is the money maker. Nord Stage 2 and a Boss RC-300 Loop Station. The keyboard is amazing, and the looper really lets me do a lot of things that I need more than two hands for. Additionally, it lets me play in the harmony and bass to a chart live (usually while my wife covers the head) and then solo over my own playing on my horns, or the keyboard itself, or something else.

Some trumpets on my wall

Can't remember what they all are off the top of my head. The one on the top is a Conn Wonder 10A. It has a pretty unique sound somewhere between a cornet and trumpet. It plays okay, but needs a little work that I just don't have a reason to deal with. These are also some things from my late grandmother's estate sale hunting. I just put them on the wall because I have no reason to play them and I like the way they look.

Part of my living room

More mostly random estate crap mostly. The clarinet is a mish-mash of parts my wife gathered when a band director was throwing out about 20+ broken clarinets. It's a combination of different horns that make one full working Normandy I believe. The horn is a door stop that cannot be salvaged that I grabbed for decoration.

One of two accordions

Once again... grandmother. I've actually been paid to play it a few times and I'll probably start breaking it out more in the future for specifics gigs that it's useful for.

It's a tuba

I dunno... it's on my wall. Sometimes I need a tuba handy (like if my wife and I want to make a tuba/flute duet of Nyan Cat... hypothetically of course... ... ...)
