We would go nearly a week without showering, as in the entire bay, at BCT simply because we weren’t given time to. It was fucking retarded. Every day after dinner chow we would sit on the drill pad and clean our weapons for like nearly 3.5 hours, and we weren’t allowed back into the bays. Then a drill would tell us we have 30 minutes to do bay change before final formation and with nearly 50 dudes and 8 functioning showers it wasn’t happening. Especially because we had to have the bays spotless for inspection after bay change. So we made a choice as a group when that happened, either we could could clean the bay or shower, not be able to clean the bay and get smoked for 45 minutes because of that.
