Well I might have endometriosis and my periods are all VERY heavy with bad cramps (I'm talking 5+ heavy pads a day or more, no leaving my room except to the bathroom) for like 5-6 days or more. I also spot a lot.

SO with my period being so painful and horrible all my life I want to get evaluated. I expressed the want to get a hysto to my mother and she soundded offended like "no one will give you a hysto, it's impossible, I know a friend with excruciating periods and it's fine".

Sigh. So Im afraid my doctors will treat me the same. And I want birth control specifically for periods but as soon as I can get a hysto I will. Especially if I have endo
