They have to save enemies for the next game. They have limited mythical creatures. Gow should go to egypt next.

Some trolls have 1-3 new moves, but again, those are mini bosses. They appear over and over so they are just mini bosses. Like bloaters in tlou. Gow only has 4 boss fights in reality. You didn't fight them that much tho. Re using mini bosses isn't a bad thing. If it's good, you'll enjoy a second time. That's how mhw works as well.

Jumping doesn't need to be in a hack and slash game. That's not a must. Gow's combat is very unique. Only thing similar is for honor. Let gow be gow and dmc be dmc.

God of war is one of the best of its. Bloodborne doesn't have combos (not as much depth than gow) or an amazing story. Ds3<bloodborne

Kratos picking up those blades of chaos is the best scene in any game. Just watch facecam reactions. Ppl love that.

I doubt bayonetta's or niers story is as good as gow. They don't have as powerful cutscenes as gow. Gameplay wise they all are amazing.

Witcher 3's combat is not that deep. Light, heavy attacks, dodge with a spell for each. Parry is not even needed and the crossbow sucks.

And with that said, those games do better things that gow in some areas, but overall, gow brings the full package and I believe you don't review a game as whole. You nitpick on something that is not as good and avoid the rest.
