Wow. So edgy. Can you actually back this up with any data? And by data I don't mean a compilation of news articles about police corruption I mean hard data showing how many NYPD officers are accused of corruption. Is this really what you think? Your average NYPD employee is a police officer. This person was a former Deputy Inspector. There is a huge difference in responsibilities and power between those ranks. But I'm curious what you think most normal patrol cops are doing to get theirs. Robbing drug dealers? Taking payoffs from the mafia? There is corruption. There always will be. But to generalize about the approximate 35,000 police officers in the NYPD and make it seem like most are corrupt is both hilarious and shows a true lack of understanding about what daily police work entails. But go ahead with this narrative that most of the police department is corrupt with zero data to back it up.
