Silly question regarding butter/margarine

Here are the ingredients for the Flora Light:
Water, Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (30%) (Sunflower, Linseed, Palm# and Rapeseed), Modified Starch, Salt (1.3%), Emulsifiers (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Sunflower Lecithin), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Buttermilk, Acid (Citric Acid), Natural Flavouring, Vitamins A and D, Colour (Carotene)

I dont know the latest on what is good for you and what isnt. Maybe all that stuff listed is perfectly fine for you, maybe not. I really couldnt say. Here is the ingredient list for butter though:
Cream, Natural Flavors

You're eating a lot of extra stuff instead of extra calories. I've learned lately that I just had to let go. I had to get mad, and fight, and feel anger and anxiety, and just let go. Food had a serious hold on me. I started Intermittent Fasting and I'm just different now. I feel rewired. I went from eating 3-4k calories in a day to 1,200. The key for me was just trusting the calories. Know that it would be enough because science. It's only possible though because I'm not trying to figure out how I can live like I used to portion wise by filling the things I used to eat with new, low calorie versions of the old stuff. I just eat real food, and TINY amounts of it. I eat the real butter, but no more than 1tbs a day. I eat WHOLE plan greek yogurt at 310 calories a cup, but that is more than enough yogurt with a slice of pineapple. I just had to start thinking differently.

For me, as long as I'm trying to replace x with Healthy-X, I feel I still have a problem. I'm so happy right now eating the real versions of everything and just controlling my portions.

I sincerely I hope it didnt sound like I was tyring to "school" you or something condescending.

Side note: I try to avoid "Rapeseed" whenever possible.
