I can tell the guy is smart and has been around the industry to have some good ideas. But I really can't tell if he's trying to be useful or just trying to work people up. His 3 solutions and webpage are basically meaningless without knowing what Celsius numbers and intentions are. And to be honest we, the community should not be making decisions for Celsius, we pay financial experts to do that for us. That's why we put money in Celsius in the first place.
The things that make me suspicious are the fact that he talks about himself a lot. And the fact that he is in a sense going behind the back of Celsius to work up the community. I really doubt he has permission to speak for Celsius.

If I was in his shoes I would create a backup plan (like the one for bitfinex) to the best of my ability, offer my services to Celsius, and then I'd shut up and wait.
