I wouldn't get that REM 750GB drive though, it's fairly outdated now and only has a 32MB cache, a 2015 WD Blue should be faster.

Knocked ~$18 off the motherboard and ~$2 off the RAM.

Unless you particularly need silence, you don't need that aftermarket CPU cooler either.
