I'm looking to upgrade from my GTX 950 to something in the ~$200 range. I currently have an i5-6500 with 16GB RAM and I'll most likely being staying on a 1080p60 monitor. I mostly play eSports titles, but I've been moving into triple A games that require a lot more GPU power.

From what I've gathered, I can get:

Sapphire Pulse RX 570 4GB: $120

Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8GB: $170

Sapphire Pulse RX 590 8GB: $200

MSI VENTUS XS OC GTX 1660 6GB: $228

EVGA SC ULTRA GAMING GTX 1660 6GB: $235 (I'm considering the EVGA for the extra $7 because of the great customer service experiences I've had in the past.)

I'm not sure what to go for though. It seems the price/performance is pretty linear in most games as the price goes up, but at ~$230, I'd only need ~$60 to get a GTX 1660 Ti.
