Simple Questions - May 17, 2022

Yo, bought a PC recently and I found that it releases a ton of heat when I do anything intensive and so I used HWMonitor to see the temps for myself and one of the P-cores sit at 100C while others shoot up to the 80-90s when I test on Cinebench . It's absurdly hot whenever I play things and I usually have to step out of my room after 2 hours. Only bothered to check the temps after watching a Jayztwocentz video and now I understand that there's probably something wrong somewhere.

I have a CyberpowerPC MasterLiquid Lite 240mm ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler with Dual Chamber Pump & Copper Cold Plate. Is that an awful CPU cooler and if it is what should I buy as a replacement? I've also got default fans but the CPU temps shoot up to 100 quicker than the fans start speeding up so I'm guessing it has to be the cooler.
