Simple Questions and General Discussion - April 11, 2017

So I sold an item on Grailed on the condition I let the buyer return the item should he not like the fit, which I thought was fine. After he received the item, he told he he wanted to return it, which I told him was okay as long as he had all the tags attached (as I purchased it from Mr. Porter) and he said it was as received. After a few days he asks for a refund, although I had not yet received it.

I then ask him if he has a tracking number which he doesn't respond for 4 days until he says he does and that it had arrived (but did not actually give me the number) and demands that I refund him immediately.

I once again ask him for a tracking number and he then threatens to call the police, which I thought odd that he wasn't going through Grailed or PayPal first, as well as refusing to give me the tracking number a few more times.

What am I supposed to do? I've contacted Grailed, but am worried as he has my personal details.
