I'd say the boosts make leveling up an account insanely fast compared to how long I remembered it taking. So good luck.

I can consistently get 12-15 minute games (12 min when mid>bot/top, 15 when trist jungle) playing trist on SR bots by playing any lane, luring bots from their tower for first blood, pushing and getting fed. Then when fed I can TP back to lane then start proxy farming minions and bots while pushing turrets. There is a bunch of strategy for playing these games fast. I never used the fast methods of leveling available on twisted treeline with bots when they were available, but this feels fast-ish.

However; when I leveled my first account I would play a game per day to get the IP win bonus then maybe one or two games. You can get a 3 day exp bonus when leveling up normally as a reward so I would suggest grinding out games nonstop when you have free time in this time.
