I simply cannot believe that people are protesting in Annapolis today.

Yeah... some of it may be astroturf, but there are a LOT of people highly pissed off about the way this is being handled. I'm honestly amazed it hasnt come to gunfire yet. Especially with the idiotic things certain governors have been doing (IE, allowing walmarts to be open, but deciding what you can buy, fining people for sitting in their cars listening to a church sermon, chasing people with drones if they are out walking, but leaving the subways running... a whole lot of things that don't help stop the spread of a disease at all, but infringe on people's lives. And the poverty that this is going to cause is going to indirectly kill more people than the damn virus.

So far I've been surprised that Pritzker has been relatively even handed here in Illinois. Hopefully he stays that way.

People in the USA are generally supportive of police. Not a police state.
