I simply must declutter the tiny kitchen -- where to start?

That's all been done way before I moved here. All I have in the kitchen now is cleaning supplies, storage containers, cooking stuff, and food. The kitchen is just that tiny -- 6.5' x 8' total floor space and once you put in the counters on two sides and appliances, there really is no room to speak of. A couple of the cabinets on one side of the stove are very narrow, 12" and 15" wide (top and bottom on both sides), so hard to find anything that really fits into them well. I'm having a friend make me special dividers to go in there so I can at least use them for something. One of the narrowest ones I have a wire shelf in, and I can barely fit my flour & rice canisters into it. I stack my bags of beans under the shelf. I could have more space if I could have a shelf on top, but these two cabinets came with NO shelves at all, so I'm going to have some specially made, since I can't find any narrow enough. The bottom one I use to store my cookie sheets and cutting boards, but there is a lot of wasted space in there.
