im sorry quitting drugs doesn't seem appealing to the drug addicts. and what do you think goes on in rehab clinic beyond offering a warm bed, warm food, and a drug free enviormment? the free rehab you're looking for exists in these empty shelters. and yes, as i said before, the other half are the mentally ill. no one is being turned away from over-flowing shelters. the homeless are rejecting their options. there is no reason for an american to starve or freeze to death unless they choose to do so. as long as your local shelter has room, there is no unwillingly homeless. im sorry you live in a first world country that provides for all. i wish you were as oppressed as you feel
