"Is sin so luscious that you would burn in hell forever for it?" - C.H. Spurgeon

God doesn't force people to bow to Him, people are going to do it out of their own free will.

Hmm.... I get that everyone will bow, but I'm not sure if they will acknowledge God just because they finally see the glory of God before being cast into the lake of fire. I just read Revelation and don't see any room for getting out of the lake of fire.

Yes, it's a promise to God's people. So how would we live for an eternity if our friends, family, etc. were all in torment in Hell? That would cause severe anxiety and depression for us, not get rid of pain.

I honestly don't have any satisfactory answer to this at all, but I don't think it's a solid disproof either.

these kinda help prove universalism. Romans 5:17-18 says that all the people who are dead in sin (literally everyone) are the same people who will one day be justified before God. And John 1:12 says you need to receive Jesus for salvation, which universalists agree with.

Hmm, let's look closely at verse 5:17 (KJV):

For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

Who does it say "shall reign in life by one"?

It says, "they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness". It doesn't say "everybody", unless you can prove everybody will receive it. It says, "they which receive..."

So I view Romans 5:18 as righteousness, the "gift" talked about here, being available and given to everybody, but even then it still must be received by choosing to trust and receive Christ, which is why I linked John 1:12. I just don't see anywhere in scripture where everyone will receive Christ unfortunately. I don't see any room in Revelation for salvation after being cast into the lake of fire.
