since gymnastic bodies SUES people from this sub for writing reviews can we PLEASE ban any ads for them and write a note into program review section?

I'll leave my little personal experience and review here, and if GB don't like, well, you're welcome to talk to my lawyer.

I signed up maybe 2 1/2 years ago. When I did, I emailed a query to see if it was appropriate for a middle aged dude with some chronic injuries. They said, just do the program, there will be modifications for anything that you have a medical issue with. I asked if I could still get a refund over the 30 day mark, since the limitations wouldn't show up until above the basic progressions.

Long story short, with my issues, after I purchased the product (which they wouldn't let me look at before purchase) there were a couple of things that were a no go. I asked for substitutions in the programming. I was told to just do the program. I proved medical advice not to do some of these, and asked for refund (this was after about 5 months when I ran into the contraindicated progressions) since they weren't willing to help me work around these obstacles. I was told no dice.

So GB, fuck you and you're poor user support and false marketing.
