Yes, definitely sucks, but thats an entirely different problem. The fact that banks can stop you from using your money how you please is the problem that crypto solves. Once you have crypto no one can stop you from sending it to whichever address you want

If I owe you money, you have to accept it in the paper currency of whatever nation we're in.
