Single CPU Passthrough

As far as I know Linux is the only host OS that can run KVM's with GPU passthrough (I'm including things like FreeBSD etc when i say Linux)

Or if you mean a dual boot, I'm fine with a dual boot, but there's no easy way to share files between the Windows and Linux OS's (I have a 128GB SSD for C:\ and /, and a 1TB for D:\ and /home, which stores my folders like Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc with a symlink on windows, but I can't do the same on Linux because it's on an NTFS Partition, which doesn't have the standard Linux permission that are required for some of the programs I use, Though I can get it pretty close with a symlink from the NTFS partition to the /home partition if i put /home on my SSD, and just symlink the specific folders, that's still not optimal.

I wish there was a filesystem format that emulated NTFS if used on windows and was natively readable by Linux. it supported file permissions for Linux and windows would just ignore them and have its own permissions, that would be ignored by Linux.

Sadly as far as I know that doesn't exist, or doesn't work well enough that I've never seen it on any post.
