Oh my god, the last thing we need to politicize is Star Wars. Please, let me have one thing!
First it was the black storm trooper. I hate to say it, but the Empire's laws weren't anti-black, they were anti-alien, so as long as he's human the Empire would likely recruit him, especially if they're fighting a galactic insurgency. If they went for the "alien" route then I'd pissed.
I also hate to say it, but female Jedi have existed probably ever since the second trilogy, maybe before in the EU I don't really know, so there's no reason to get upset by having a female Jedi in the movies.
There are legitimate criticisms to be made of Star Wars, however, like Kylo Ren. That man has no business being a Sith Lord. He's more of an edgy 4chan neckbeard then Sith.
