Skin tearing during sex despite doing seemingly everything to stop it

I'm in the UK so if my doctor felt I needed an ob/gyn, she would have referred me through the NHS but she didn't. I have been to one before though and other than emphasising that I seem to have very small anatomy and that I'd probably experience some pain when I first became sexually active (which clearly was true since I've only been sexually active for 2 months and I've been tearing the entire time), they could do the examination without issue. Due to money I can't afford to go through private healthcare.

Honestly, I'm so tired of doctors. It just feels like I'm not taken seriously when this has been going on for 2 months. My appointment earlier today was the third one I've been to and none of them have been any help. They just keep repeating the same advice that I'm already following.

Next time I bleed that much I'm considering going to A&E just so someone can look at me while it's fresh. I don't know what other steps to take at this point.
