Super strange for sure. Says I violated the terms of service somehow, because it think I may have spammed, or someone took over the account to do spamming. Neither is true. I just added many contacts over a short period. But if they checked, they'd see I'd had conversations and even calls with quite a few!

I tested login using my phone and got the exact same thing. Today I am still getting the usage limit exceeded message when I try to get a code sent to my phone for account verification.

I actually tried the MS support route, but they have no email support that I can find, only a live chat support. But the live chat support won't load any time I try to get to it! Incredibly frustrating.
