Sleeping on the job is just plane wrong

You can't see the difference between driving to work, something useful, vs sitting in an engine, something entirely useless, is not comparable? If he was fixing the engine, sure acceptable risk, sitting there doing nothing useful? No unacceptable risk.

The reality of the situation HE SHOULDN'T OF FUCKING BEEN THERE that this is a baggage handler taking a short breather sitting at the plane waiting for something, not snoozing in an intake.

You just don't get it do you?

Check my post history

Post history proves nothing, you're just some guy on reddit, as I've said though it doesn't matter what you are, you could be the chief engineer of NASA or just some dude who like planes it has no impact on the discussion here.

You've still missed the point, it doesn't matter about the plane, the procedures or anything else. H&S demands that all reasonable precautions to minimise risks are taken. Sitting infront of an engine for no good reason is contrary to that objective

ICE engine

First its an IC engine not an ICE engine. It stands for Internal combustion engine. Second a jet engine is still an IC engine. Lets set that aside for a minute though, A jet engine has two danger zones in front and behind, you simply have to keep out of those areas. A conventional engine has moving gears, pulleys and belts any of which could take a hand or an arm off. It's likewise got exhaust gasses which are very hot and toxic. The truck I've been using has turbo charges, which if they fail can kill you. If the rod fails it'll smash through the cast iron block with enough force to rip through a shipping container, I've seen it done. There is huge amounts of potential danger for both engine types but this still is not the point.
