She got her Truck Series ride at Eldora when she was 17 and considering how underfunded and out of date her truck was, she really had some very respectable speed! She was on par with some guys like Kenny Schrader and Brad Keselowski in the practices in a truck owned by a very low budget team! Unfortunately she ran the truck a little bit too hard in her qualifying lap and pounded the wall pretty hard. By the time her heat race came around the truck just wasnt handling up to par at all, the team didnt have a backup truck, so they were limping around the track in a pretty battered truck. And sadly she lost control and crashed again, she wasnt able to start her last chance qualifier and wound up being one of the DNQs for that race. A very sad ending to a very promising showing.
