1) I wasn't lying, I was just wrong dude. Not everything is done with malicious intent, this is off the top of my head and I don't remember any of those matches happening in the slightest. And if you counted NXT, SmackDown or PPV which is like 10-11 hours of content A WEEK... Then WWE has the obvious edge there.

2) Once again missing my point. Wins and losses actually matter in AEW so they're not going to have Tay Conti come out as an advertised tournament match and lose to Rebel in 3 minutes. Or have Shida come back after a year and hit the reigning champion in 2 moves and win the title. Or have a 12 time champion who has lost the title more often in the first defense than days held.

If you honestly can't see the difference in booking and your only argument is "Well at least they're on TV..." Then that's exactly the problem right there.
