Small Business in Prague.

First of all thank you for your straight forward reply with elements of good humor, I appreciate it a lot !!

I would more or less agree that all of these BIZ are somewhat capital intensive with rather low profit margins. I worked sales in financial industry for 5+ years and became really good at it (even if I put aside client satisfaction which was literally @ 100% some procedures that I have started to implement on my own were introduced months, and even years later on company basis and we are talking about big business here). I also have some, short but broad, experience with gastro and tourism industry.

The thing is financial industry is extremely regulated and besides I do not speak a lot of Czech language and am not sure if I could get all the papers done in CZ, also while being an immigrant does not help at all in this biz. I have a biz plan for opening a credit agency which basically resells credits and loans for a %, have found myselfe a niche and beleive would do well, but just do not want to live here anymore, it has started ti hurt my brain, and would never choose to raise kids in almost terminally "sick" country like Croatia.

If I decide for CZ, I will probably go with some tourist stuff/reselling and also try to avoid other peoples financing ;)

People don't do much of a private BIZ in these parts of World so its somewhat hard to get an insight , thank you for your reply.
