Small, wooded towns? Considering a move

It's difficult to find places around here, but just outside of SLO in SLO county near Edna and north of there is super nice. Kind of along Orcutt Rd. and its little offshoots as it heads south.

We're around there and it's about 10-20 minutes to get anywhere you want in SLO/AG, since it's only an extra 5-10 miles outside the city. No light pollution and no neighbors for about... as far as you like. Internet available through any of the local WISPs afaik (since I think there's two?), we just use Peak Wifi though and they're totally perfect. Speed isn't amazing as the 100mbps plan is the most reasonable, unfortunately. But it's fine, stable, and their service is really awesome since they're just a small company. We get trash/electricity as normal, though ya likely will need propane for heat and a well setup for water.

Anyways, it's nice! I'd recommend keeping a look out just in case something opens up around here.
