Smartwatch for health?

Long story short I've got a hereditary, gene-based disease with no cure. I've started using the MediSafe app to track medications and such and my specialist wants me to start using it to measure as many of the measurements that MediSafe can measure. I have looked and looked and looked (Indiegogo, Amazon, Google) - and can't for the life of me find a smartwatch that can do all of the measurements needed (list below). I know some of them I'll need to manually put in. But I want to find a watch that can do as many of those as possible. I'm open to getting up to 2 devices in order to measure all this. MediSafe connects and measures this stuff through Google Fit. Stress is a large trigger for episodes, which is why I'm open to getting a device solely focused on tracking stress if need be (on top of getting one for as many other things as I can). Here's the total list of stuff MediSafe can track.

Calories expended/consumed Daily steps Weight Blood glucose Blood pressure Temperature Pulse Pain level Peak flow (n/a since I'm a guy) Body fat INR A1C Sp02 LDL/HDL Cholesterol Triglycerides Mood/stress level Bowel movement level
