Smite and anxiety

I think the best solution is to try and remember that its just a game and to remember the moments that make it fun. Smite is a hard game not to become somewhat toxic in. Its a moba so its meant to be competitive and everyone will face frustrating moments. A lot of the people that might be toxic to you are not necessary bad people IRL, they could just be frustrated or having a bad day. That person saying "you rock , cancel that" might be a good friend under different circumstances. The people that take it to far and attack you personally or say hurtful things might not have the best personal life and they take it out on the internet for no reason. Just avoid these people and move on. Facing your anxiety in game and dealing with it might help you overcome anxiety IRL as well. Hope that helps a bit. Take it easy!
