Yup. I worked with a guy like this. I would be pulling boxes off the line and stacking them like a mad man and he would just bail for a smoke because he knew I could keep up. I started buying clove cigarettes and after the third stoppage in production because the boxes in the freezer were so backed up that everything had to be shut down. Management kicked up a stink and I just threw it back at them that they allowed smokers to take up to an extra 30mins-1hr break per shift while the non smokers got punished for not smoking. Next shift all impromptu smoke breaks were nixxed and only the mandated 10min smoko and 30min meal breaks were permitted.

The smokers were dirty with me but all the non smokers were stoked that everyone had to actually work their hours.
