Flacco had the 8th highest QBR of any QB last season. It’s almost as if there is more to rating a passer than comp%, YPA and TD%.

In fact, it was his best quarterback rating since the year he guided the ravens to the Super Bowl. And it was certainly one of the best of his career. You see, that’s why I said he was having “one of the best seasons of his career.”

Let’s not confuse that with saying that he’s going to set the world on fire and turn our offense into a juggernaut. I was simply stating a fact. The fact that he was having one of the best seasons of his career. You arguing against that only shows your bias. Which, let’s be frank, you’re clearly biased against Flacco. Not without reason. But, I am willing to give him the opportunity to shine in our office before declaring him a dud.

I will let the future dictate my opinion and not the past.
