This is ridiculous. I'm so sorry you have been terrified by a GP who has no oncology experience (I'm presuming?)

As someone who knows someone with bone cancer, I can promise you that having pain in a joint would be VERY strange to then actually be cancer. Plus, the "cancer" seen in your bones would have to be around the joint. Bone cancer is usually very contained and pain is very unlikely.

As u/throwx4123 mentioned, primary bone cancer is extremely rare.

I'm sorry this has caused you any worry/stress. I would be angry, too. Of course, you're going to do what you want to do, but I would try not to let this concern you too much- and certainly not mess with your IVF schedule. Hope you're okay
