The fact that there's multiple commenters down here belittling the idea of people that help keep their favorite games in a more playable state is bizarre. It's great that none of you care, but your indifference is so pointless I can't believe you bothered to voice it.

We voice it because you act like its a big deal. Most people won't care about 99 % of these changes. Its not the responsibility of the community to fix or find bugs, that's your own decision to invest time into. If you then act like it is your responsibility then gamefreak has less incentive to put more pressure behind their own documentation. It also makes it so you influence younger and more susceptible target demographics to care and put in free work when there is absolutely 0 reason for them to.

Its great if you can help by documenting stuff you find while genuinely playing the game. But if you are actively QA testing for free then something is wrong.
