I'm not going to tell you what you can do, since I don't want to be responsible for you breaking something, but I will tell you what I think you can't do.

You can't put the 90w in series with the 200w. The 90w can't handle the current.

You can't use two charge controllers at once. Please google "using two chargers on one battery" for the reasoning on this.

You can't put the 90w x2 (series) in parallel with the 200w. The voltage difference would cause problems.

If something is rated for something, don't go over the rating. It wont hold.

I know it may seem like I am only delivering bad news, or that I am being negative, but please know that I am only posting this to save you the trouble of finding out the hard way. I hope this has been helpful.
