If that indeed is some sort of lingo for LEGO collectors, I personally think you should be more careful on your description because eBay is open to anyone, collectors in the known or otherwise. I sell in the collectibles and some stuff like coins and stamps I can't bother to details it's evaluation. But I do refer it in the description and incentivate the prospective buyer to ask me and I'll answer the best I can. Hopefully, pictures show most of what they need to know.
