Sold in 2019...worst mistake

I completely empathize.

I didn't purchase before the run up because I was in the middle of an emergency with my young son. I needed to move as close as possible to my job just to deal with everything that was going on at the time. It cost me a lot, financially, to take care of it.

A bad ex can quite literally ruin your life.

Sooo by the time I paid off all the debt and had money saved it was the crazy years. I don't care what the FOMOers think, I wasn't going to waive anything and pay double what something sold for just 18 months prior.

My rent jumped too. It's annoying. (And I make enough to pay it, I feel for those who dont.) But, I think the price of my son's health is worth it and the market will eventually not be stupid.

Your mental health is worth it too.
