Personally I think its pretty low. People are spending 100s of millions of $s to do it so you're kinda paying for it already. And people are losing their autoshop dupe $ for it so I mean it's kinda helping them lol R* could view it completely differently though, especially since it's so easy to track.

If you are gonna do it I wouldn't take advantage and go up hundreds of levels, not saying it'll for sure be any safer but no need to abuse it more than you need. And someone going up 900 levels In a day is gonna throw up more red flags than someone just going up less than 100 levels, I just went up as much as I needed to unlock the only liveries I wanted
