Yeah at this point in the game, most people should have enough income banked away to slap on cheaper enchants that make sense to do(or if they're sitting on an influx of Prismatic Shards then yeah go for the caster weapon enchants for sure).

I'm not sure if dichotomy is right word but it seems like it would be. Don't want to level because it's too slow/boring, but can't wait for the buff to shave that time down by 50%. It's faster sure, but you will still feel that grind if you are going it alone.

As for the RestedXP guide, the prevailing attitude towards that here seems to be a largely negative one, because you have to pay for anything that's above level 20 if I recall. And people here aren't fine with paying for an addon, though swiping is another topic altogether that more here partake in, that they won't openly admit.
