Upon trying to boot the computer up for the first time, the power LED light blinked one time and then went off. Nothing else happened. But if I plug my mouse into a USB port, it starts glowing so it is receiving some power.
List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.
I've checked the cable connections, read the instructions, read troubleshooting posts where people had problems sounding similar to mine, watched Youtube videos, and I feel like there's something I'm just not grasping.

The manual for my case lists the following chassis wires: the two for the fan, HDD LED, PLED -, PLED +, POWER SW, and RESET SW. Looking at the System Panel Header diagram above I've got them plugged into the motherboard as follows:
PLED + , PLED - , POWER SW (occupying the PWRBTN# and GND pin)
HDLED (Occupying both the HDLED - and HDLED + pins)
There is no RESET SW cable to be found to plug beside the HDLED. And it leaves nothing to be plugged into the Power LED Header. I don't know why but I can't reconcile all of this information in my head and it's really confusing me. I'm sorry if this explanation is a mess.
