My oldest was bullied for years by the same kids. The bullies never once got suspended.

Same happened to my brother. Those guys would bully everyone in their school.

Someday, they tried to bully my brother again and I was around. I slapped the bullies in front of the whole school. They weren't injured (it's a slap, c'mon), but no one feared them anymore. They couldn't run to someone and cause me trouble, cause no one would believe them anyway (I was an A-grade student, they were just trash humans). They touched nobody after that incident. End of story: they stayed out of trouble (win), bullies ended (win) and I was celebrated as a hero (win). Everybody won.

Sometimes, the best way to deal with bullies is bully them yourself.
