Some perspective on Apple

Perhaps what is not being considered is the FSD. Tesla won’t give out its neural network to other companies, we know that for sure. We also know that FSD is an incrementally improving system and in the time Apple is developing its car, FSD would have rolled out, improved, and expanded its coverage geographically. FSD will also be revenue generating as the take rate ever more gets closer to 100%. This entire process is time consuming and one cannot afford short cuts.

By the time apple goes into production, its product will be looked upon as a Tesla killer, just like how smartphones other than Apple’s are looked upon as iPhone killers.

The iPhone is yet to die. Tesla will meet the same fate.

We must note here, Tesla’s vertical integration will shine in an all out competitive EV market. It would be able to roll out hardware and version updates ever more faster, and, its brand loyalty might get ever more stronger. Hell, it may even be doing ads by 2025!

I look forward to the future.
