Some (possibly) dumb questions about the "move to combat" shortcut and crewing vehicles

In your example and the "shortcut" example it is incorrect, and this is why.

AP: "move to combat?" NAP: "ok" (we're now in the beginning of combat step if NAP wants to act, if NAP doesn't, AP can put at the beginning of combat triggers on the stack and/or do things like activate the crew ability to use it in the declare attackers step per the current shortcut)

AP: Crew this vehicle

NAP: Respond and destroy the new artifact creature

AP: Sorcery speed removal of one of NAP's creatures.

The "shortcut" doesn't actually exist, because the actions dont take place in beginning of combat, if the vehicle becoming a creature is responded to, then it is still in the main phase, which is the AP can actually cast a sorcery after the fact.
